Revision Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos in Naples, FL, patient 27114

This is a 41 year old woman who had a history of prior septorhinoplasty and multiple sinus surgeries and presented to revision rhinoplasty specialist, Dr. Anurag Agarwal, for improvement of her nasal shape and to reduce pain within her nose. Dr. Agarwal noted that too much cartilage had been removed during her prior procedure and that her nose was collapsing inwards. There were several irregularities in the shape and multiple asymmetries. She is shown before and after Dr. Agarwal performed 2 complex procedures (1 was 1.5 years prior and the other 10 months prior) using homograft irradiated rib cartilage, ear cartilage, and temporalis fascia to reconstruct her nose. She no longer has pain within her nose and her nasal contour is more harmonious with her facial features. In 95%+ of Dr. Agarwal's revision rhinoplasty cases, he must add cartilage to the nose.
