This is a 66 year old woman who had a history of 4 prior rhinoplasties over the last 24 years. Her nose was too short, irregular and crooked. It looked operated upon. She sought consultation with rhinoplasty specialist and double board certified facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Anurag Agarwal. Dr. Agarwal performed her 5th rhinoplasty, a complex procedure using homograft irradiated rib cartilage grafts and temporalis fascia grafts. He essentially rebuilt her nose, corrected the asymmetries and restored her nose to a more normal configuration. She is thrilled with her results and grateful.
