This is a 24 year old woman with a history of 1 prior rhinoplasty who presented to Dr. Anurag Agarwal, Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, for correction of a hump on her nose and crooked, large nostrils. Dr. Agarwal performed a complex revision rhinoplasty to correct a curved columella, make her nostrils smaller, and refine the bridge (dorsum). Her nose looks softer and more feminine post-operatively and she is thrilled with her outcome.
