This is a 73 year old woman who is shown 2.5 years after subnasal upper lip lift with bilateral outer upper lip advancement and an UpliftTM revision lower face and neck lift with platysmaplasty and submandibular gland reduction. The distance from her nose to upper lip had lengthened and there was minimal vermilion show of her upper lip. The subnasal upper lip lift augmented the central upper lip while the outer lip advancement lifted the outer corners. This improved the upper lip to lower lip proportions, with well hidden scars. She is thrilled with her results.
